Feelings were up and down today. Just felt slightly depressed and down all day.
The morning started off fine with working on the project, a few more items sold and posted and then a good start to work.
All day I just had this down feeling that I could not shift.
Now that I am settled into a routine, today felt like it was the start of the week with the same old, same old happening again this week.
Wake up, project, website, work, daily reflection and sleep.
I am grateful that I am in a set routine now, with no cravings for drinking at all, but I do feel that I will have to mix up my daily/weekly routine, otherwise, I may get bored. The last thing I want to do is become complacent and procrastinate again.
I need to add something else to my daily routine, not every day, but most days.
Start exercising and spice up the routine!
