Good start to the day catching up with some friends from the castle that had left before me in the morning alumni group. Nice to hear how well everyone is doing and sticking to sobriety. Had to leave the meeting slightly early, for my 1st session with my therapist as part of my aftercare recovery.

However, due to an email issue, the meeting link had not been sent. I waited about 30 mins just in case I was going to get a call or send the link again, but neither happened. So, I emailed the therapist and then had the meeting rearranged for tomorrow. This was fine with me, and I was more than happy with the therapist that they had booked me in on one of their days off.

I then spent some of the day building a bit more of this website and tidying up a little more of the house. I have been doing a little bit a day just to keep stress down, and make it more manageable and enjoyable.

It’s been another nice day, so I went for a drive and walked again, then back to chill, good food and bed.

Another day of not being stressed or triggered.

I hope for many more days like this
