The first therapist meeting was this morning. It went well, and the therapist helped me to adjust my daily structure and add other activities to it to make life a little more manageable. It was also comforting to hear from the therapist that I am heading in the right direction and to not stress about not attending AA meetings in person, however, I was advised that I need to make more of a conscious effort and attend in-person meetings as well as the online ones. I see the value in these meetings and I am taking on board and actioning all advice whilst I have this available.
Nice day again so whilst I have a bit more spare time before going back to work, decided to take full advantage and go for a walk. I went for a walk down a canal and it was giving me memories of kayaking on the canal, so provided me with some motivation to start this again, once I have settled into my routine more and freed up some more time.
Built more of the MODAAT website and it is now starting to come together, I can see a vision for this website more clearly now.
Didn’t feel like cooking today, so had a cheat night and ordered some pizza. First time I have ordered pizza since being out, and it was nice as a treat, but certainly not ordering it loads as I did before. I want to keep the healthy eating going!
Slowly the website is forming and a structured routine is coming back into my life.
