Woke up this morning and decided that I just wanted a relaxed day as it’s been a full-on week with work and trying out a full week of a set routine, so had a bit more of a relaxing day.
Completed the workings and look of MODAAT today, so feel a sense of achievement. Now I just need to input the past diary days of rehab and make it live. Since being home, I have been writing the daily diary on my phone, instead of in the book now, so just need to copy them over and touch them up a bit.
I decided to keep healthy eating on track, so created a weekly planner on a whiteboard in the kitchen, with meals that I will cook every day and important events like meetings. Gives me a set structure with the project in the morning, work then meetings. Planning meals in advance.
Then I relaxed the rest of the day watching films, tidying up and going for a small walk.
