Another night of broken sleep and had a few random lucid dreams. Still have some ear pain.
Morning therapist meeting went well. It was nice to speak with the therapist again after having a few sessions away, due to having guests. I only have a few more sessions left with my therapist, so I have some thinking to do before the next session about anything I feel I need to prepare myself with for future recovery.
Got some olive oil spray from the pharmacist this morning, so the pressure has eased a little during the day, but I will need to book an appointment with an audiologist to have it checked again, and possibly have some of the build up removed. I find it fascinating how a blocked ear can make you feel discombobulated and run down.
Another early night to try and catch up on sleep.
Pain is easing, but I can’t take a risk with my hearing, so will need it checked again.
